Happy Monday Friends!
I thought today would be a nice day to give a little update on our house progress. We aren't living there.. yet. We hope to in the next two weeks however.
First, here's a little preview of our dining room BEFORE.
Not terrible but not our taste. We love the ironwork over the windows but don' t love the chandelier. Eventually, it will be replaced.
With a fresh coat of Shermin Williams Classic Silver, the AFTER is worlds better!
Next up is the master. BEFORE it was a terrible, not so sunny yellow.
I don't have anything against yellow, persay, but I had ALOT against this yellow.
We had no idea what we wanted for the bedroom color but we knew anything would be better. We settled on Behr Sage Tint for the AFTER and are oh so happy.
Finally, we wrap up with the BEFORE kitchen.
You can't tell in the picture but they had HORRENDOUS wallpaper in the kitchen. That, plus the drag cabinets made for one unappetizing kitchen.
The AFTER kitchen is on it's way to being inviting, modern, and most of all... us.
Behr Dolphin Fin transformed our kitchen and family room into just the right shade of gray.
Clearly not done but we're so happy with the progress! The backsplash should be in tomorrow and new carpets upstairs later in the week. We're thisclose to moving in!

You don't have to explain not liking the colors girlie! You are allowed to want to paint your house whatever fits "you" and that's all the explanation you need

It looks wonderful! I'm so glad you're going ahead and making it "you" before you guys move in. With our first house, we did that after we moved in, which was great, but our 2nd house we didn't do it at all. Our third and current, we happened upon a brand new one that was very much "us." I love what you've done with it!

Oh my gosh everything looks fantastic! And I just love what you've done with the kitchen. I am a sucker for a white kitchen and I just think it looks perfect. Can't wait to see more!
WOW! things are looking great! I had yellow in my place before I moved in with Brad but it was a 'light' yellow.

Beautiful, the new look of the kitchen is definitely much better that the previous awful red. Besides now the whole space looks bigger. Greets olympic 2012 apartments
Wow!! You have done a ton of work already and you're not even in the house yet!!! I truly didn't mind any of the before pics but the after pics are very much more "you."
I loved owning my house and fixing up rooms and niches here and there. Can't wait to see what else you do. Your house is beautiful!!!
