Like most of the country, we're having unseasonably warm weather for January. This didn't stop me from making a wintery dinner that I had been craving for a few days. The star of the dinner ended up being the cheesy garlic biscuits. Of course I found the recipe via Pinterest. What can't you find on Pinterest!?
{You can probably tell I cooked them 2-3 minutes too long. Take that into account if you try this recipe.}
We also made a potato & corn chowder soup. It was good but not great. My first semi let down from Pinterest I'm afraid.

That does look great. I tried a Pinterest Find yesterday. Jalapeño corn cakes with fresh salsa on top. Very tasty. Pinterest is such a neat site.
