Ugh... I'm feeling terrible this morning. Not sick :cough cough: terrible.... more 'I ate a McDonald's cheeseburger last night and missed my workout this morning' terrible.
I'm not one to deprive myself, which you know since just about every picture of food I post is fried, but lately I've been feeling just 'meh' about myself. I'm realizing I need to stop making excuses, ramp up my workouts, and start eating food that will make me feel good about myself.
I need motivation friends. Have any to share???
