I think I found it friends.
Found the workout that is for me.
For years I've ran, done bootcamp, and random DVD's to work out. Never loving any of it but doing it because it makes me feel healthier, better, and keeps me young.
Well move aside lackluster workouts! I've found ballet barre and I'm in love.
No, we don't dress in tutu's and pointe shoes.(I wish!) But we do exhaust the muscle groups one at a time and it's seriously the best workout I've ever done. Fortunately for me, my bootcamp instructor is a former professional ballerina so she turned out morning traditional bootcamp into ballet barre class.
It's kicking my butt and I'm loving it!
After the wedding I'm going to join another barre class on the off bootcamp days.
I don't work out at night.
I drink and eat at night. And watch TV. And surf Pinterest.
This should tell you something people.
Anyone else loving/doing barre classes? I know there are different types and methods - what are your favorites??
