recipe: toasted raviolis.

I love italian food but one thing I don't love is raviolis.
I know.... crazy right?!
Well, that is no longer the truth. I found a recipe that I love.

I give you....... toasted raviolis.
{drum roll please................}

These are beyond delicious. All you do is cook the ravioli's according to the package and allow to cool. Once cool, dredge each ravioli in buttermilk and italian breadcrumbs. Place in hot oil and fry for 2-4 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each to finish.
(See the recipe link above for more detailed instructions)

Hope you try...I know you'll enjoy! And definitely let me know if you have other creative ways of cooking raviolis!
xoxo

Yum! I love toasted raviolis but have never thought to make them myself. Great idea! My coworker made a ravioli pie thing the other day, it looked pretty good.

Um, yum! I'm definitely gonna have to try these. I could see them as an awesome appetizer with some spicy marinara dipping sauce.

those look pretty tasty but i prefer mine sans "toasted."
