zach morris approved.

{i may or may not have been obsessed with zach morris. he was pretty dreamy.}
{i may or may not have begged my parents for the bag cell phone because of zach morris}

My mom sent me a forward the other day but was actually helpful so I thought I would pass along.
Here are a couple 'did you knows' about cell phones:

1. The emergency number worldwide is 112. No matter where you are, whether you have coverage or not, it works.

2. You have super low cell phone battery. Press *3370#. Your cell phone will restart with the reserve battery and the phone will show a 50% increase in battery power. The reserve will get charged the next time you charge your phone.

3. Imagine you lose your phone or it gets stolen. Hopefully you've started the serial number away so you can turn it off? Don't know how to find that number... I'll help. :) Dial *#06# This will show you your 15 digit serial number. Store this somewhere safe.
If you phone does get lost or stolen, call your cell phone company and give them this number. They are then able to block your handset.

Did you know any of these??
Full disclosure: I have not tried any of these but I'm hoping they're true!
xoxo

I haven't heard any of these either. Very good to know! Another tip I have heard from a few people is to program ICE (In Case of Emergency) next to the contacts you would want contacted during an emergency. It seems kind of like making a will to me to program it, but you never know.

i'm so trying the battery restart trick and IT BETTER WORK!!!

my friend's brother has a zach morris phone. when everyone was running out to buy the iphone 4, he busted out his zach morris phone and said he already got one. it was hilarious!

I didn't know these either, but they are good to know if they work! Especially the battery one. I do have an ICE contact stored in my phone -- whether it works or not, I figured I'd be safe. Although, it's my mom, so you think the police would call "Mom" if they see it in someone's phone. Who knows...
