normalcy never felt so good.

After the last week of being stressed, worried, fearful, and pretty much every emotion, I was ready for just a few hours of normalcy. Guy and I decided to allow ourselves that last night, inbetween work, hospital visits, family calls, etc. I couldn't have been more happy. I had to document it with a few pictures... just in case we don't get it for another week or two.

Lucky for me normalcy includes receiving beautiful flowers from Guy. I'm a lucky girl.

le sigh...a home cooked meal. We haven't been able to cook at home for a week. This tasted better than anything we could have ever eaten out.

My Chef!

Roasted Kale. Delicious! Try it!!

My sweet Gus. An intregral part of any day for me.

So glad you and Guy took some time out for yourselves -- so important! I have another surprise for you, if you haven't already seen. Visit Mayra's blog today! She discovered a custom shoemaker who just might be able to swing your dream yellow wedding shoes!

Love that pic of Gussie... and you have no idea how glad I am that the man of your dreams happens to cook. Seriously... for a while I thought you might be eating cereal for the rest of your life ;)

And he buys you flowers?? I can't wait to meet him... I know I will love him because he's so darn good to you :)

Happy almost weekend!
