someone needs to roll me to a gym

I'm out of control. I can't stop eating.
I'm stepping into my 29th year with a vengance. Guy & I indulged in a delicious cheese fondue & a yummy bottle of wine for my birthday dinner. Do you do fondue at home? If not - you need to. So fun & different!
{delicious fresh bread & vegetables dipped in cheese. HEAVEN}

{want to know a secret? roasted broccoli is divine. I'm talking amazingly delicious.}
Roast for 25 minutes at 425. To do this, drizzle in oil and salt & pepper.
After 25 minutes, squeeze lemon juice, a bit more salt, & parmesan over the broccoli.
DELICIOUS.
{our fondue set up!}
{good food + good wine = happy morgan}
{and for comic relief... Gus got stuck between the banisters. He'll be going on a diet asap.}
Thanks again for all the birthday wishes! Ya'll made my day very special!
xoxo

I tried one time to make fondue for a party i was throwing. ONE TIME...and probably the last. I worked on that thing for like an hour and the darn cheese would not mix with the other ingredients. So annoying. But i do love fondue. the night i took dave to a fondue place for the first time was the night that i literally could not move after. I ate so much!

We fondue steak, chicken, and shrimp. We put peanut oil in the fondue pot. It is so yummy. You can marinate the steak and chicken before hand. How do you do the cheese?

That looks soooo good, and I'm going to have to try roasted broccoli. I roast string beans, zucchini and summer squash that way, and they are delicious.

What recipe do you use for the cheese fondue? I have a fondue set, but no recipes.
