baked penne with roasted vegetables

You must try this.
One of my favorite recipes.
Start will your favorite, inseason vegetables....

...add some pasta, cheese and a few other things...

...and voila!!!
Deliciousness. And you get your daily dose of veggies. What could be better?

i wished i liked squash and zuccs. i love every other veggie there is. oh, i do like spaghetti squash.
