worst marketing idea ever

Pepsi Throwback - made with real sugar.
Thanks Pepsi - that's all we Americans need... for our soda to be even worse for us.
Maybe next you lace it with some addictive substance or slip some animal fat in there for kicks?

So my question to you, dear friends,is:
Will you try Pepsi Throwback? Or steer clear of this passing fad?

You know, I tried Dr. Pepper Throwback (or whatever their "throwback" is called), and it tastes pretty much the same as regular Dr. Pepper. So I'm pretty sure Pepsi will be the same, and I'm not interested in wasting calories on something that tastes exactly like something else I could drink with far less guilt.

I tried the Mountain Dew throwback awhile ago and it's gross! I can only imagine what the Pepsi taste like?

No go for me.... but only because I don't drink caffeine- modern day or throwback :)

And 24... I still cannot believe you didn't watch last season. INSANE things happpen. Quick recap- Tony is not dead, he is alive!! He kinda turned bad, but I think he's on the up and up again. Jack got infected with a lethal virus, but someone reconnected with Kim, who I am guessing helped him with some experimental treatment that required genetic material from a relative and now he's cured. The new chic, Renee, kinda bugs me. See what you think. The Pres is a woman and she's awesome. The Pres's daughter (Olivia) is fairly evil and is now in jail for hiring a hit on someone. Pres's hottie son (Roger) was killed by the government at the beginning of the season. Okay... you should be caught up!!

Can't wait for tonight!!

I don't drink soda, however I feel like it being made with real sugar is better, because it doesn't have high fructose corn syrup which I am really against. I'd rather drink soda with full calories and real sugar instead of diet with aspartame or high fructose corn syrup.

I prefer to keep my teeth:) Though I'm sure it will taste like heaven.

Truthfully? I don't drink soda much, but I would much rather have real sugar than sugar alcohols. I just feel like Splenda & all that stuff is so bad for you. Of course, these days, EVERYTHING is bad for you...

Eesh, that sounds so gross. I don't drink regular pop, let alone much diet pop so definitely will NOT be trying this new Pepsi ploy. Maybe they should lace each can with some cocain like Cocacola used to do? :-)

I've actually already tried it. Artificial sweeteners are worse for our body than real, natural sugar. So I think it's a great idea. And it tastes a little better too.

haha, I actually have already tried it! My fiance and his sister have a thing about trying the newest products out there and beating each other to the punch...so we grabbed some up when it came out months ago. We actually really love it! He tends to get headaches occasionally from artificial sweeteners so for an occasional drink its really fantastic for him!

Eh I'm more of a diet coke kinda girl so I'll pass.

I haven't seen this, but I am a sucker for zero calorie drinks. I am all for artificial sweeteners!!

I don't really drink soda so I don't plan to try it. But I have to say that I had no idea that regular Pepsi did not have real sugar in it. What is in it?

I think I am going to pass on it. I would rather have my smart water.

I've never been a fan of Pepsi, so that's a big, fat no. I don't really drink much soda... except for an occasional ginger ale.

We need "some" sugar in our diet.
As well as fat and other nasty stuff.

My husband is an avid Mt Dew drinker.... He LOVES the throwbacks because he says they taste o so much better than the ones made with High Fructose Corn syrup. I have to say, which is better for you, sugar or High Fructose Corn syrup.... I think I'd rather have the sugar myself, at least I know it's natural...
