inspiration needed!

Friends - I need some inspiration. One of my favorite people in this World is having her 29th birthday this month and I'm clueless on what to get her. She lives and breathes for anything to do with cooking so I usually get her something along those lines. I'd like to stick with that theme, especially since she recently moved and has a brand new kitchen, but am completely. drawing. a. blank.

Have you given or received any great (preferably cooking related) gifts lately??

Hmmm... I'll think about it and get back to you. Anything fun on Etsy? Like a cute apron or unique cooking utensils?

OH! Or personalized recipe cards?

Ici silicone tools from Williams Sonoma. They are amazing!! Good cookbook?

Does she have a magic bullet blender? I love mine! Also, I support the recipe cards, that is always personal. Or, maybe some yummy foods from a specialty store to give her the motivation to cook more?

P.S. Just joined your blog, thanks for visiting mine! I can't wait for Where The Wild Things Are either! ;)

I just got some really cool personalized recipe cards... let me know if you want the Etsy store. Also... I am guessing she always does the cooking... what if you treated her to an awesome meal by a cool local chef in her own home?? I know chefs around here will do that. That could be pretty cool :)

I have the same problem!! My husband is turning 29, too, and I don't have any idea what to get him!

I was given a beautiful apron from Anthropologie recently. It is so pretty and does not scream "grandma".

I really really really want a recipe organization system. Either one of those cute baskets with a stack of blank cards, or a fun binder with laminated page pockets with some tabs. Something to collect and sort all these new recipes I'm discovering!

Good luck!
