a night of music painted in colors

We're back! We're exhausted, a bit worse for the wear but happily satisfied from the Coldplay show last night. Those Brits know how to throw a party. The music was amazing, as I knew it would be, but their stage and use of color is what captured me. They had huge balloons flow from the ceiling during 'Yellow' and multicolor butterfly confetti exploding from the rafters during 'Viva la Vida.' Magical doesn't cover it.
My only regret, if you can call it that, is that I wasn't (and still am not) feeling 100% so I didn't dance & sing like a maniac like I normally would have done. It was a more reserved concert attending Morgan. It threw Guy for a loop. Anyone who knows me knows I like to dance my limbs off at shows.
Now I'm resting in bed, pretending to be interested in the Yankees game Guy is watching, and smiling as I think of the show last night. Until next time boys!

Those colors are amazing... I bet it was indescribable! Sorry to hear you're still a bit under the weather. I actually got sick down in Georgia and had to go to a walk-in clinic down here. What a bummer... but glad you got to listen your ears off, even if you couldn't dance your limbs off :)

Sorry you are still not feeling well! I didn't get any good pics from the other night so I will have to link to your blog. Wasn't it amazing? The yellow balloons were fantastic! Hope you are better soon. :)
