Thank you friends. I feel a whole lot better. Apparently I'm not out of the loop and now consider myself much more IN the loop. Many of you just use water(!) to clean your face - you need to immediately call your parents and thank them for your amazing genes. photo found here
Special thanks to Mayra as she debunked the dermalogica myth which was exactly what the spa was peddling. Thank heavens I didn't fall for the pitch and buy that junk.
For now I'm going to keep with what I have, at least until it runs out, and reevaluate at that time.
Thank you again! I'm off to a bluegrass festival downtown and then headng to my parents because my brother and his family are coming into town! YES!

K - I'm slightly horrified! Why oh why do we have to worry about this stuff at 28?!? We're not old! :) But that being said, I'm a firm believer in good skincare. I used to always harp on Collins for not washing her face! I don't think you should spend a lot of money on cleansers...just washing it down the drain! But I do think you should look for quality moisturizers and eye creams. :) I like drug store brands and department store it depends on your skin and what you want to spend. But don't just use water...good grief! ;) xoxo

If you want to try Dermalogica, I have some you could try. I HATED it! My skin went from decent to explosive on that stuff, and literally within 2 weeks of going back to Oil of Olay, my skin was better again! As, I too, had Deborah talk me into it after I had really committed to my skin, by going for a series of 6 facials.
I will continue to stand by my Oil of Olay face wash and Neutrogena Oil Free SPF daytime moisturizer.
